High Performance training at the Kun Khmer Federation High Performance Center. Two-hour sessions for fighters and future champions.
The Advanced program is our High Performance class. It caters to students who already have solid training experience and to fighters with professional fight experience. It is much more demanding than the Beginners & Intermediate program, with a focus on fight fitness and ring skills. This is the program for anyone preparing for a fight.
The training is headed by Lok Kru Nuon Bora, Kun Khmer National Team Coach and Kun Khmer Federation Master Coach, and takes place at the Kun Khmer Federation High Performance Center, side by side with active professional fighters. The coaches will push you hard to make you stronger, physically and mentally.
Sessions run for two hours, morning and evening, Monday to Friday. Expect pad rounds, bag work, clinch, full sparring, fight simulation and peak conditioning. The sparring is harder than in the Beginners & Intermediate program, but the focus stays on correct technique, never on hurting your training partner.
Advanced is also the main training ground for students working toward Black Krama, the highest level of the Kun Khmer Federation certification.
Please note: this class requires gloves, hand wraps, shin pads and a mouthguard. Gloves and hand wraps are on sale at the Pro Shop inside the academy. Please bring your own shin pads and mouthguard.
