Olympic-style Taekwondo for teens and adults: fast kicks, sharp footwork and real competition coaching.
The Teens & Adults Taekwondo program teaches Olympic Taekwondo, the World Taekwondo style used at the Olympic Games. It is open to teens and adults from age 12. You start with stances, blocks and basic kicks, then build up to combination kicking, competition footwork and scoring strategy.
The training is headed by Lok Kru Nuon Bora, Kun Khmer National Team Coach and Kun Khmer Federation Master Coach. Classes are small, so every student gets real attention, and the coaches scale each drill to your level.
Students follow our 4-phase Taekwondo belt system, from Foundations to Black Belt Examination, with a grading at every step. Students who want to compete are supported toward local, national and international tournaments.
Sparring is done in full protective gear and is always supervised by the coaches. You will never be put into sparring before you are ready.
Please note: this class requires a Taekwondo uniform (dobok). For sparring you will also need head gear, foot protectors, a chest protector and a mouthguard. Ask the front desk about getting your uniform.
